Delivery time in festive or special period
The so-called "holiday" or "holiday" periods are likely to slow delivery times by several days or even more than a week for certain products. There are also so-called "special" periods such as the health crisis which can negatively impact delivery times also over several days. This is not the case for all our articles. 2. Product description:
During periods of holidays, special, delivery times under the products are not automatically updated. Some products will ship on time, while others will ship in over 30J.
3. Reimbursement deadlines:
To deal with these events, we grant an additional withdrawal period of 5 days from the date of receipt of your order if you have changed your mind, if you wish an exchange or if you have received the wrong item in the wrong color or size. The addition of withdrawal periods is only available for orders received after a waiting period of 30 days. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 4. Orders outside holiday or special periods:
Orders outside the periods will normally be delivered within the deadlines set out under each article. The repayment period will also return to normal (30 days) during work periods. If you think your order is late (+30 days) even during work, contact support.
