Make a return

1. LOCATE YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

You must provide us by email with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return. You can find this number in your customer account , or in the order confirmation email. You must also add photos of the item if it is faulty.

2. APPROVAL.

Once we have received proof of purchase with product photos, we will email you to let you know. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

3. PREPARE YOUR ORDER.

To make a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Depending on the reason for the return request, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. There are some cases where you receive a prepaid return label to print and stick in a visible place on the package. Contact us for more information.


4. PROCEED TO RETURN.

Once the previous steps have been followed, you can then go to a post office (or tobacco shop) to drop off your package, which will take care of the shipment.
